ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the legal right to change your mind about a product. If you wish to cancel your order, you must inform us within 14 days from the date your order is delivered.

You must return the item to us within 14 days of notifying us, at your own cost, unless we explicitly offered free returns at the time of purchase.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service and keeping proof of postage. If we don’t receive the returned item or receive it late, we may not be able to issue a refund.
If the product has already been dispatched before cancellation, the cost of return shipping is your responsibility.
- If the order hasn’t been shipped, we’ll issue a full refund within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
- If the order has been shipped and returned, we’ll refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned product or proof of return.
Refunds are processed via the original payment method. We do not charge any fees for refunds.
Please ensure the product is returned in its original condition. We may reduce your refund if:
- The item is no longer “as new”
- Packaging is damaged or missing
- Accessories are not returned
- Price tags have been removed
