PRICING
All product prices are listed on our website and include VAT (where applicable), but exclude delivery charges. If VAT rates change between your order date and the dispatch date, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you’ve already paid in full before the change.
We take payment when we dispatch your order and issue a Dispatch Confirmation Email. Ownership of the product transfers to you once we’ve received full payment. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to charge interest at 2% per year above the Bank of England base rate until the overdue amount is paid.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
Unless clearly stated otherwise, BOBIT LIMITED is not the manufacturer of the products. We do our best to ensure product details are accurate, but product colours may vary slightly from what appears on your screen, and packaging may differ.
Products may be updated to comply with legal or regulatory changes or for minor improvements that do not impact usability.
DELIVERY & PROCESSING POLICY
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed the same business day. Orders after 4 PM GMT or during weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
Delivery Options: Available delivery options and associated charges (inclusive of VAT) are displayed on our website.
DELAY OR NON-PERFORMANCE
If delivery is delayed due to events outside our control, we’ll inform you and do our best to minimise delays. No compensation will be provided, but if delays are substantial, you may contact us at info@bobitstore.co.uk to cancel your order and receive a refund for any items not delivered.
If we are entirely unable to fulfil our contract due to such events, we will notify you and issue a full refund for undelivered items.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the product.
To cancel: Email info@bobitstore.co.uk, complete the model cancellation form, or write to us at 102 Keel Drive, Slough, England, SL1 2SU.
Return the item at your cost (unless free returns were offered at purchase) within 14 days of your cancellation. Use a tracked delivery service to: 861-874 Plymouth Road, Slough, SL1 4LP. Keep proof of postage. We are not liable for lost returns without evidence.
Refunds:
- Full refunds (excluding express delivery upgrades) are issued within 14 days of receiving the product or proof of return.
- If you cancel before dispatch, we refund you within 14 days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund Deductions: We may reduce your refund if items are not returned in “as new” condition, if packaging is damaged, or accessories are missing.
RETURNS POLICY
We comply with legal obligations to provide products as described. If something is wrong with your item:

- Explain the issue and whether you prefer a refund or replacement
- Include images or a video showing the problem
If the product is faulty or misdescribed, we’ll send you a pre-paid return label. We will keep you updated throughout the return process.
WARRANTY PERIOD
We provide a 12-month warranty from the purchase date, covering faults not caused by misuse or wear and tear. Contact us as per the returns policy for any claims.
STATUTORY KEY LEGAL RIGHTS
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:
- A full refund within 30 days if the item is faulty
- A replacement or full refund (if repair/replacement fails) within 6 months
- A partial refund or repair if the item doesn’t last a reasonable time, up to 6 years
USE OF PRODUCTS
Unless stated otherwise, all products are for home or home-office use only. Misuse or modification of products may void your warranty and affect your refund or repair rights.
CUSTOMS
Orders delivered outside mainland UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are your responsibility. We are not liable for these charges or any customs delays. By ordering, you act as the importer and must comply with all local laws.
ENDING OUR CONTRACT
We may end our contract if you fail to accept delivery in a reasonable time. Compensation may be claimed for any resulting losses.
OUR LIABILITY
We are liable for losses directly caused by breach of contract, unless:
- The loss was unforeseeable
- It resulted from events outside our control
- It was avoidable by following our instructions
- It relates to business use
These terms don’t exclude our liability for fraud, death, or injury caused by our negligence.
CHILDREN
We do not sell to children. Users under 18 must have a parent or guardian involved in the transaction.
PERSONAL DATA
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
DISPUTES

These terms are governed by English law. You may bring legal proceedings in the UK courts. If you reside in Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland, you can also bring claims locally. We may bring claims against you in your local jurisdiction.
OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS
- We may transfer our contract to another organisation, but this won’t affect your rights.
- Only you and we can enforce this agreement.
- If any part of these terms is ruled unlawful, the remaining terms will still apply.
